Toronto Maple Leafs

  • Carl Gunnarson expected back in 7-10 days.  [Jonas Siegel]
  • Olympian Mike Komisarek set to miss the next two games. [James Mirtle]
  • John Mitchell returns tonight. [Leafs Twitter]
  • Mike Van Ryn out for the season.

Montreal Canadiens

  • Andrei and Sergei Kostitsyn both listed day-to-day.

Washington Capitals

  • Boyd Gordon and Tyler Sloan healthy scratches. [Mike Vogel]
  • Brian Pothier back skating.
  • Semyon Varlamov experienced a setback and will miss an extra two weeks.
  • Nicklas Backstrom looks to play tonight.

Dallas Stars

  • Clean bill of health.

New Jersey Devils

  • Bryce Salvador will miss his fourth straight game. [Fire & Ice]
  • David Clarkson, Dainius Zubrus, Paul Martin and Pierre-Luc Letourneau-Leblond out.

Boston Bruins

Atlanta Thrashers

Pittsburgh Penguins

  • Chris Kunitz set to miss 4-6 weeks.  [Kevin Allen]
  • Sergei Gonchar still day-to-day.

Minnesota Wild

  • Pierre Marc Bouchard, Brent Burns and Chuck Kobasew still out.

Chicago Blackhawks

  • Cam Barker will miss tonight’s game. [Michael Russo]
  • Niklas Hjalmarsson should return in his place.
  • Adam Burish and Dave Bolland remain out.

Phoenix Coyotes

  • Kurt Sauer, James Vandermeer, Daniel Winnik and Vernon Fiddler out.

Edmonton Oilers

  • Fernando Pisani returns to the Oilers. [Oilers Twitter]
  • Lubomir Visnovsky and Marc Pouliot day-to-day.
  • Ales Hemsky out for the season
  • Mike Comrie out indefinitely with mono while the same thing goes for Nikolai Khabibulin with back spasms.

Calgary Flames

  • Cory Sarich still practicing.

  • Martin Erat skating, Jerred Smithson should skate soon. Jordin Tootoo could skate later this week for the Preds. [Predators Insider]

Columbus Blue Jackets

Vancouver Canucks

  • Kevin Bieksa out an extended period of time.
